Overview
Our Reseller Program offers a unique opportunity for businesses and individuals to sell and promote our service to their own customers. There are two types of reseller opportunities: Reseller and White-label. Both types require registration and approval to ensure that our services are represented correctly and in compliance with our policies.
Types of Reseller Program
1. Reseller
A Reseller is an individual or company that purchases access to our service and resells it to end-users, typically at a markup. Resellers can offer our service under their brand but will be recognized as third-party distributors. The core functionality, support, and branding will remain under our name.
Key Features:
- Resellers must purchase credits or service plans from us to sell to their customers.
- They can offer our service under their own brand but cannot modify or remove our service branding.
- Resellers are not authorized to provide demo proxies without charge.
- Resellers must handle customer support and operations, though we will provide assistance when necessary.
- Requires registration and approval through our official reseller application process.
2. White-label
A White-label Reseller is an individual or company that has the same privileges as a reseller but with additional benefits. White-label resellers are allowed to:
- Use their own branding, logo, and company name when offering the service to customers.
- Provide demo proxies without charge for demonstration purposes.
- Sell the service under their own brand, completely rebranding the interface, documentation, and communication materials.
- Pay a royalty fee for the privilege of reselling the service under their own brand. This fee is a percentage of the revenue generated from the sale of the service.
Key Features:
- Full ability to rebrand the service, including the logo and interface.
- Can provide demo proxies to customers at no cost for demonstration purposes.
- No visible third-party branding, allowing the white-label reseller to operate as the sole provider.
- White-label resellers still rely on our platform for service delivery but can fully present it as their own product.
- Pay a royalty fee for the privilege of reselling the service under their own brand. This fee is either calculated as a percentage of the revenue generated from the sale of the service or as a fixed amount, depending on the terms agreed upon.
- Requires registration and approval through our official reseller application process.
Registration & Approval Process
1. Application
To become a Reseller or White-label partner, you must complete the reseller application form. You’ll be asked to provide the following details:
- Business name and contact information.
- Intended business model (reseller or white-label).
- Details on your target market and expected sales volume.
- Agreement to our terms and conditions, including compliance with reseller rules.
2. Review & Approval
Once we receive your application, our team will review it to ensure that your business aligns with our standards and requirements. You will be notified of the approval status within 3 business days.
- If approved, you will receive access to our reseller dashboard and a unique reseller code or API key for managing purchases and sales.
- If your application is rejected, you will be provided with feedback on why it was declined.
3. Reseller Guidelines & Compliance
Once approved as a reseller, you must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Pricing: Resellers are free to set their own pricing, but the price must not undermine the value of our service.
- Branding:
- Resellers must maintain our core branding where applicable, especially for the public-facing aspects of our service.
- White-label resellers must ensure that all materials, including marketing content, align with the guidelines for rebranding.
- Customer Support: Resellers must provide their own support to customers, but we will assist if technical issues arise.
- Reseller Program Compliance: Violations, including unauthorized resale, misrepresentation, or sharing of proprietary information, will result in termination of the account and forfeiture of remaining credits.
4. Demo Proxy (for White-label Resellers)
White-label resellers can offer demo proxies at no charge. These demo proxies are for demonstration purposes only and cannot be resold or used beyond initial trial or demonstration scenarios. The demo proxy will have limited access or features based on our guidelines and may be revoked at any time.
Terms of Use for Resellers
As a Reseller or White-label partner, you agree to:
- Comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the reseller agreement.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, including any user data and system access information.
- Not to resell the service without prior approval (if applicable).
- Ensure your marketing and sales practices are truthful and in compliance with applicable laws.
- Understand that we may terminate your reseller account if any of the above terms are violated.
- Pay the applicable royalty fee as a White-label reseller in accordance with the agreed terms.
